
PRMS — powering telecom project execution end-to-end
A unified system replacing hundreds of spreadsheets, built from scratch and scaled to handle the full engineering operations of a telecom enterprise.

Context
Problem
Before PRMS, every process relied on disconnected Excel sheets. Project tracking, visa management, and asset control were fragmented across dozens of files, leading to wasted time, duplication, and zero accountability. No off-the-shelf solution matched the complex telecom project lifecycle.
Approach
We started with a series of discovery meetings to map the entire business workflow. From there, I wrote the requirements documentation and split the project into modular MVPs delivered in phases. Each phase had defined milestones, demos, and day-by-day feedback loops with the product owner and engineering leads.
