Context
Problem
The restaurant used outdated software that hadn't evolved in years. Staff relied on legacy tools like Omega for bookings, creating friction, poor UX, and no central view of real-time capacity. There were no modern solutions available that combined AI assistance, intuitive design, and flexibility for multi-floor management.
Approach
We started with a discovery call and requirements documentation to clarify what 'modern' really meant for restaurant owners. Using Linear for transparent project tracking, we split the system into core MVP modules, each delivered in weekly cycles. We leveraged AI tools to accelerate UI/UX design and reduce iteration time.
